Greg is the founder and CEO of Remote Year. Remote Year brings together groups of inspiring professionals to travel, live, and work remotely in different cities around the world for a year or four months. Greg is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan.

Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Werk, the first and only people analytics platform that helps companies improve their flexibility performance through data. A thought leader on the future of work, Annie has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” Cheddar TV, and more. Prior to founding Werk, Annie worked on Wall Street as a corporate attorney representing institutional lenders in billions of dollars of transactions secured by real estate. Annie earned her BA from Syracuse University and her law degree from Fordham University. She is a mother of two in New York City and is an advocate for children with special needs.
Co-Founder & CPO
Ginger Dhaliwal is a seasoned entrepreneur with 15 years of successfully working with startups in Asia and North America. She has led product and technology development from ideation to launch of several disruptive patented technologies in the healthcare, e-commerce, and fashion industries in Asia, Canada, and the US. In addition, Ginger was the founding member of Embedded Wireless, an R & D facility, and was instrumental in growing the company from 1 to 100 engineers with international offices in Malaysia, India, and the US.

Kevin is co-author of “THE FUTURE WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE”, an award-winning book that guides readers through rules and examples for rethinking, reimagining, and reinventing HR strategies.
Kevin regularly facilitates regional conversations and workshops to help organizations ‘future proof’ their business and HR strategies based on the latest HR research insights.
Kevin also promotes entrepreneurial thought and action as an adjunct faculty member at Babson College in Wellesley Massachusetts. Previously, Kevin spent several years in the fields of business strategy and business intelligence, crafting strategies to help companies win competitively.
