The Future of Work: From Brick & Mortar to Flexibility

Flexibility is going to be the new normal, as well as a driver of competitive advantage. More and more companies are bringing flexibility to the workspace,  from work office to home office to no office at all, from one size fits all benefits to “à la carte” PTO.

Flexibility has an impact on global talent attraction, talent retention, employee experience and as a consequence on company bottom line.
The questions are:
- How to successfully manage flexibility as a business practices?
- How to make it a driver of competitive advantage
- What are the best practices?
- What model for what business?

Our panel will engage in a conversation to guide through those questions and bring you all their learning and expertise.
